Our products
Our parts are the result of the work of many 3D specialists and qualified engineers. Behind each part there is a number of people who put their hearts and skills to provide you with parts that meet expectations. The production process begins with a scan of the original part, due to the fact that often the parts we get are not complete, it is necessary to design the full 3D model, which we make in advanced 3D programs and then printing on the best devices available on the market. We started cooperation with many engineers, but few of them were able to meet the challenges in designing parts with the appropriate texture. It's a real masterpiece! The best specialists have stayed with us permanently, who design parts of Octoclassic to this day. When it comes to quality, printers on which we produce our parts are also of great importance. Before we achieved the effect you see in your parts, we tested many 3D printing devices. We only use those that are able to provide us with the expected result. The icing on the cake is post -production, i.e. grinding, painting and, if necessary, mounting a ready part. Also this one was carefully refined for several months before the parts went on sale. We could not afford that some of them deviate from the original. We tested various combinations until we managed to get a color palette identical to the originals. How did it start?
The founders of OCTOCLASSIC met in 2019 and decided to combine their experiences: Filip - renovation of classical cars and Krystian - 3D design. Because there was no guarantee that the idea was feasible and profitable, they decided to test it on one of the Mercedes SL500 belonging to Filip. Their first choice was the covering of fastening of sunlight, which for many years was problematic and often breaking the part because of its imperfect geometry and high exposure to the sun. Some were redesigned and strengthened so that it never breaks down again and then printed in 3D. After all, many other SL owners quickly appreciated its quality and ordered many pieces to their own cars and cars of their friends.
