The personal data administrator is Mr. Przemysław Kozioł, conducting business under the name 3D Customs, with its registered office at ul. Okulickiego 20, unit C10, 35-222 Rzeszów, NIP: 738-216-57-60 (hereinafter referred to as the “Owner”).
III. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

- Order fulfillment – data processing is necessary to perform the sales agreement (e.g., product delivery, invoicing),

Every time our website is visited, data and information from the accessing computer system is automatically collected, in particular regarding:

- User's Internet service provider,
- User's IP address,

- websites from which the User accessed 3DCUSTOMS.PL,

V. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
- Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).
- The administrator processes personal data only after obtaining the User's consent, expressed during registration or order confirmation.
- Providing consent is voluntary but necessary to register or make purchases via the website.
VI. USER RIGHTS
- The User may request information from the Administrator at any time regarding the scope of personal data processing.
- The User may request correction or rectification of their personal data at any time. This can also be done independently after logging into their account.
- The User may withdraw consent for personal data processing at any time, without providing a reason. The request may concern a specific purpose (e.g. withdrawal of consent to receive marketing information) or all purposes of data processing. Withdrawing consent for all purposes will result in the deletion of the User’s account along with all previously processed personal data. The withdrawal does not affect any previous actions.
- The User may request the deletion of their data at any time without providing a reason. This request will result in the deletion of the User's account and all personal data processed up to that point. The deletion does not affect previous actions.
- The User may object to the processing of their personal data at any time, either in full or partially (e.g. for a specific processing purpose). The objection will not affect previous actions. Submitting an objection will also result in account deletion.
- The User may request to restrict the processing of personal data, either for a specific time period or indefinitely but in a defined scope. The Administrator is obliged to comply with this request. It does not affect previous actions.
- The User may request the transfer of their data to another entity. To do so, they must send a request to the Administrator specifying the recipient (name, address) and which data should be transferred. Once confirmed by the User, the Administrator will electronically transfer the data to the specified entity. Confirmation is required to ensure data security and that the request is made by the authorized person.
- The Administrator shall inform the User about actions taken in response to any of the above requests within one month of receiving the request.
VII. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
- Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill contractual or legal obligations for which the data was collected. It will be deleted immediately when no longer needed for evidential or legal purposes.
- Contract-related data is retained for evidentiary purposes for three years from the end of the year in which the business relationship with the User ended. It will be deleted after the statutory limitation period for legal claims expires.
- The Administrator may also store archived data on completed transactions for the purposes of User claims, e.g. warranty rights.
- If no contract has been concluded between the User and the Owner, personal data will be stored until the User’s account is deleted from the website. This can occur upon User request, withdrawal of consent, or objection to data processing.
VIII. DATA SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES
- The Administrator may share data with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to fulfill transactions, e.g. to prepare and deliver orders or send commercial information to Users who have consented.
